Privacy notice

Last updated: July 2026

This notice explains how AZEEVA Advisory handles personal data when you use this website or contact me. It applies to visitors in the European Economic Area and beyond.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Evgeniia Azeeva, trading as AZEEVA Advisory (contact@azeeva.eu).

For any question about this notice or your personal data, you can reach me at the same email address.

What data we collect

Contact form: your name, email address and message when you submit the form on this site.

Email: if you write to me directly, I receive whatever information you include in your message.

Technical data: this is a static website. Basic access logs may be processed by the hosting provider (GitLab Pages) in the course of delivering the site.

Why we use your data

To read and respond to your inquiry.

To follow up on a potential advisory engagement.

To keep a proportionate record of business correspondence where needed.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Responding to contact requests is based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where relevant, steps prior to a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

You are not required to use the form; you may contact me directly by email instead.

Processors and transfers

Contact form submissions are delivered through Formspree (formspree.io), which acts as a data processor on my behalf. Data may be processed outside the EEA. Formspree applies appropriate safeguards as described in its own privacy policy.

The site is hosted on GitLab Pages. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts when you visit the site.

Retention

Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and otherwise for up to two years for ordinary business records unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Belgium, this is the Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA).

Changes

This notice may be updated from time to time. The date above indicates the latest revision.
